Path B

New Graduates on OPT / CPT

Strong CS, IS, or engineering background from an accredited US program. You're on OPT or CPT and looking for an employer who'll back you for the long term — including STEM extensions when applicable.

What we look for
  • US Master's or Bachelor's in CS / IS / EE
  • Valid OPT or CPT work authorization
  • Internship or project portfolio that shows real shipping
  • Coachable. Eager. Honest about gaps.

What we won't do.

A list of things you should never accept from a consulting employer. We don't do any of them.

  • No unpaid bench time for H1-B consultants.

    If you're on H1-B, you're paid your full LCA wage every pay period — between projects, during transitions, no exceptions. That's the law and it's our standard.

  • No hidden margin or rate manipulation.

    You'll know the bill rate, your pay rate, and the margin in between. No surprise deductions for "training" or "marketing."

  • No charging candidates for H1-B fees.

    USCIS filing fees, attorney fees, and ACWIA fees are Penna's cost — not yours. That's the rule.

  • No forced restrictive covenants.

    No "buy out your contract" trap. If a role is wrong for you, we help you exit cleanly.
